Bak Kwa contains no preservatives. It is best consumed within 7 days from the stipulated date stated on the box. If unable to do so, keep the Bak Kwa in the chiller or freezer to extend its shelf life.
Bak Kwa is best served warm.
- Remove from chiller or freezer
- Place a cup of water in the microwave when heating to keep the Bak Kwa tender.
- Microwave for 30 seconds and its ready to serve.
