Finally, a gluten free bread baked fresh early in the morning that does NOT crumble while you cut or take a bite.
Not only is the bread moist and delicious but packs a hefty amount of dietary punch in one slice.
The not so secret ingredients are all certified organic consisting of psyllium husk, chia seeds, flaxseeds and buckwheat to give you the “CHIA” (Mayan for strength) and fiber that you need for the day.
These ingredients will support your daily need for Omega-3 essential fatty acids, lignans (plant estrogen and antioxidants), fiber, protein, calcium, manganese, phosphorous, magnesium, B1, B2 and B3.
Each loaf is fermented for at least 12 hours before baking, giving it time to rise to its full potential. And of course, rich in probiotics and no preservatives, no additives and no added gums (gums potentially harm your gut).
It will be sold uncut. You can slice it with a serrated knife and eat it with your favourite toppings!

This product is baked in a bakery that also processes wheat products. Not recommended for individuals with celiac disease.
The bread is always freshly baked, contains no additives nor preservatives.
The bread can only last 2 days out or 5 days refrigerated or 2 months frozen.
To prevent molding, keep the bread in a cool, dry place that’s out of direct light.
Avoid moisture, warmth, and light because it promotes mold growth.
